Whale Sharks and Manta Rays of Isla Mujeres Mexico

Grew up in Winston-Salem, N.C. , started diving there in 1963 on a double
hose reg, moved to Jacksonville, FL in 1972 after college, taught school
for 6 years and taught SCUBA at the local YMCA,brought my open water
students to the keys to learn to dive. Was National Chairman of the YMCA
Scuba Program for 17 years opened Capt. Slate's Dive Center here in Key
Largo in 1978 (41) years ago. Inducted into the International SCUBA Diver
Hall of Fame in 2004. Famous worldwide for my Creature Feature, feeding
moray eels, sharks and cudas twice a week.
