History and Projects of the Garden Club

Laurie will be speaking on the Garden Club's history and mission. 

Laurie and her husband Don have been coming to the Keys since we were teenagers so retiring here was a no brainer! They bought their home in Largo Sound Park 5 years ago and love it here. Both are divers and active members of REEF and we both love gardening and particularly native plants.Laurie volunteers 2 days a week at the native plant nursery at Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammock Botanical State Park and her current role with the Garden Club of the Upper Keys is Vice President and Director of Community Outreach and Education.
