Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center
Rob and Jordan will give a general overview of the Center as well as why wildlife rehabilitation is important.
Rob Bulkiewicz is the Executive Director of the Florida Keys Wild Bird Center. Rob is a lifelong resident of Key Largo, where he lives with his wife and daughter. He has managed several local hotels and served as a Board Member at Key Largo Chamber of Commerce. He came on as the Bird Center's Director in April 2017, where he now dedicates his time to leading the Center's pursuit of their mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing injured native and migratory wild birds in the Keys.
Jordan Budnik is the Assistant Executive Director of the Florida Keys Wild Bird Center. She comes from a mixed background with organizations including Zoo Atlanta, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, and Atlanta Wild Animal Rescue Effort (AWARE). Jordan took a job with the Bird Center in May 2017 and now works as part of the Center's administrative team: fundraising, facilitating education programs, and implementing community engagement initiatives.
